Nutty british performance artist

I really don't know why, but I've always had this thing with performance artists. Most of their performances doesn't make any sense at all at first sight. The artists are usually very original and their performances quite often very very funny. They get the most crazy ideas, and carry them out in real life and often stirrs up much controversy,- how the heck they come up with those ideas is probably part of the fascination. Anyway, BBC has a story about the british performance artist Mark McGowan. He has rolled along the streets of London to promote kindness to cleaners and used his nose to push a monkey nut to Downing Street to highlight the financial plight of students.
